OUR COVID SAFETY MEASURES

  1. All patients must wear masks at all times per state and local guidelines

  2. All returning patients must complete an online symptom screening before every appointment

  3. No one with fever, respiratory symptoms or other COVID signs may come to the clinic.  This policy will be permanent.  We can still treat you, through telehealth.

  4. All NEW patients must complete a phone or teleheath pre-screening before coming to the clinic.  We no longer off in-office consultation for first time patients.

  5. Only the person being treated may attend the appointment.  (Exception will be made for minors, or patients needing physical assistance.)

  6. Table paper and linens are changed after each patient, as always.

  7. Surfaces are wiped down and disinfected regularly.

  8. Contactless payment will be used for all return visits.

  9. We are spacing appointments so there is never more than one person in our waiting room.
